You’re a sailor, cruiser, racer, or a woman deeply connected to the sea…And sometimes, you wonder how to find your place without betraying yourself.

You feel a deep sensitivity, sharp insight, a vivid intuition — but struggle to make them heard in a world still shaped by rigid codes.

What if we stopped believing that leadership must follow imposed postures?

What if, together, we chose to embody a form of leadership that feels true to us — more fluid, more human, more in tune with our nature?

You may have asked yourself:

  • Do I need to be tougher, more direct, more “strategic” to be respected at sea?

  • Should I fit into a leadership model that doesn’t resonate with me?

  • Why do I sometimes feel illegitimate, drained, or out of sync… even when I know I’m competent?

💡 What if the problem isn’t you?

What if the real challenge is to recognize your unique way of functioning — and give yourself full permission to live it?

That’s exactly what Human Design helped me discover.

Human Design: Your Energetic Map to Understand Yourself Better

If you’re new to it: Human Design blends astrology, I Ching, chakras, and quantum physics to offer a blueprint of your unique energetic system, based on your date, time, and place of birth.

It’s not a label — it’s a light.It helps you understand:

  • How you make aligned decisions

  • How your energy flows (and gets drained)

  • What pace, space, and rhythm support you

  • How you learn, observe, digest, and stay focused

The Four Arrows: Fine-Tuning Your Inner Compass

In your Human Design chart, you’ll see four small arrows near the head.

These are called “variables”, or the Primary Health System.

They provide deep insights into how you function best, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Here’s what each arrow tells you:

  • Top left: How you digest life

→ How your brain and body process food, information, and stimulation.

  • Bottom left: Your ideal environment

→ The kind of space and energy where you feel grounded, creative, and calm.

  • Bottom right: Your natural perspective

→ How you naturally see the world, where your attention goes, how you orient.

  • Top right: Your inner motivation

→ What fuels your curiosity, drives you to learn and move forward.

These variables often get overlooked — but they’re powerful keys to stop burning out and start flowing from your true nature.

What I Discovered About My Own Leadership

When I explored my variables, a lot started to make sense:

Digestion: Calm / Active

My brain is like a Ferrari: it craves mental stimulation, but only in peaceful, pressure-free environments. I need silence and softness to process and thrive.

Environment: Cave / Flexible View

I flourish in cozy, safe, contained spaces where I feel in control — like our sailboat. It’s my sanctuary. That’s where ideas come and leadership flows effortlessly.

Perspective: Survival / Focus

I naturally spot what’s safe, stable, or fragile. I sense people’s fears and needs. No wonder I’ve always felt in my element managing security and basics on board.

Motivation: Desire / Leader

I’m designed to lead from passion, not pressure. Not to persuade, but to inspire, hold vision, and lead by alignment.

What Shifted for Me

Before, I doubted myself. I tried to mimic leadership styles that felt forced: colder, stricter, louder.

Now, I know: my power is in my sensitivity, clarity, and strategic intuition. Not in becoming someone else — but in honoring who I am.

  • I stopped judging myself.

  • I started leading differently.

  • And I want that for you too.

And You — What’s Your Inner Ecology?

These four variables can help you:

  • Understand your feminine leadership style

  • Build an environment that truly supports you

  • Respect your natural rhythm instead of overriding it

  • Stop comparing — and start celebrating what makes you unique

That’s what we’ll explore in the Sea Women Circles starting this September aboard my sailboat SIWA (Brittany, France).

A safe, intimate, powerful space to reconnect to your inner compass.

And if you’re feeling the call for a deeper individual journey, I offer La Boussole Intérieure — a 3-session personalized mentorship to realign with your essence.

Feeling the call?

You don’t need to prove anything. You just need to return to what’s already within you.

🧭 Lead like you — not like someone else.

I will be happy to connect with you.

Take care,

Marion
