At The Helm of My Life

I’m Marion,

Sea navigator, life guide, and holistic mentor...

I am dedicated to those who experience the ocean as a space of intensity, passion, and also pressure.

Today, I live aboard SIWA, our 16-meter aluminum sailboat (a Lévrier des Mers), with my captain husband and our two children.

From this floating space, I work as a guide and mentor for sea people: professional sailors, sea women, maritime leaders, leisure sailors, and ocean lovers.

But before guiding others, I had to find myself again...

The Call of the Sea

Since childhood, the sea has been my oxygen...

On it, under it — that’s where I feel most alive.

At 23, I sailed across the Atlantic for the first time.

That voyage changed everything: I fell in love with the sea, with sailing, and with the man who would become my husband and captain.

For 14 years, we sailed oceans together aboard private and charter yachts.

I was a multi-skilled crew member: cook, chief stewardess, deckhand, diving instructor.

That life was intense, beautiful, free... but also demanding. The pressure was constant. Emotional fatigue built up.

And behind the perfectly ironed uniform, I wore a mask.

First Turning Point: The Breaking Wave

During my last assignment, life onboard became unbearable: manipulation, invisible tension, harassment.

I witnessed — and experienced — toxic dynamics.

I gave it all: energy, presence, dedication.

But the lack of recognition, meaning, and human connection slowly drained me.

I broke down. I couldn’t do it anymore.

I stepped off that world.

And at the same time, a new call rose within me — deeper, more intimate, more visceral.

The choice of the body, the call of motherhood

Approaching 40, my body, my heart, and my energy whispered: “it’s time”.

A deep desire for motherhood emerged — where it never existed before.

Until then, my husband and I were fulfilled by our life at sea together.

But something shifted. A biological call. An inner truth. It wasn’t a logical decision — it was a soft yet urgent knowing.

✨ One month before I turned 40, I gave birth to our first child. At 43, our second was born.

Two births that marked a new chapter: rebuilding, transmission, and a more balanced life.

Second turning point: another vision of leadership

In search of meaning and independence, I launched an entrepreneurial journey in network marketing.

I built a network of over 100 independent consultants: recruiting, training, mentoring.

But the traditional management style clashed with my values: Too rigid, too pushy, too disconnected.

I was told I was too soft, too empathetic, not “pushy” enough.

But deep down, I knew my way of being was right.

After the birth of my second child, I decided to step away. To make space.

That’s when I started receiving holistic mentorship.

And I discovered a whole new way of leading, guiding, and being.

The Inner Voyage

I dove into emotional and somatic intelligence, NLP, energy healing, and Human Design.

I trained. I experimented. I transformed.

I realized the things I thought were my weaknesses were actually my gifts.

I didn’t need to be “better”. I just needed to be fully myself.

Today

In 2022, we sold everything.

We bought SIWA, a strong and self-sufficient ocean-sailing boat.

And we set sail into a life we consciously choose every single day.

Today, I help sea people do just that: To return to themselves, to their rhythm, to their truth.

Not to change everything. But to navigate differently.

With more alignment, awareness, and breath.

Welcome aboard!

My Energy & Approach

As a Manifestor with Emotional Authority (Human Design), I’m not here to please or to push.

I’m here to initiate clarity, to hold space for truth, and to help you move when the moment is right.

With my 6/2 profile, I bring lived wisdom, perspective, and intuitive precision.

You don’t need more pressure. You need presence.

Here’s how I guide you:

Whether you’re new to Human Design, energy work, or just beginning your self-awareness journey:

  • Trust your unique authority – it’s your inner compass. I’ll help you learn how to use it to make decisions, whether it’s personal or professional.

  • Embrace your energy  profile– by honoring how your energy naturally flows, you’ll unlock your full potential.

  • Ride the emotional waves – at sea or on land, I’ll show you how to stay resilient and centered, no matter what life throws at you.

  • Align your actions with your true self – in your career, relationships, or personal growth, everything flows better when you’re when you’re in alignment.

  • Develop self-awareness through Human Design – understand your strengths, and the areas that need some attention.
